CALL FROM THE BUTTON IN THE ORDER CARD
The ability to call customers directly from the order card. The operator clicks on “call” in the order card and communicates with the client using headphones with a microphone connected to the computer.
RECORDINGS OF OPERATOR CALLS
All communications with clients are recorded. In the order card, all records of communication between operators and the client are available, indicating the date and time of the call.
ROBOCALL
The robot calls clients and, if the call is successful, connects the client with the operator. It is also possible to call customers by robot in order to inform them that the parcel has already arrived at the Post Office.
OWN TELEPHONE SERVER
We will set up your own telephony server, which will provide communication and recording of telephone conversations of operators.
IP telephony compresses the voice signal, converting it into a digital data packet for further transmission over the Internet. At the final point, the digital packet is decoded and turned back into a voice one. The SIP protocol allows you not only not to be tied to a specific geographic location, but also to use telephony in areas with low-speed Internet. For example, SIP telephony works successfully with Internet speeds of 64 Kbps.
